Chakras and chocolate program on February 10th at 6 in the Elgin Public Library The Elgin Public Library was selected as one of 13 libraries in Central Texas to receive the St. David's Foundation Libraries for Health grant in 2021. From 2022-2024, the library will be providing new services and programs to help address mental health. 

Grant funded mental health and self help books are AVAILABLE IN THE LIBRARY'S COLLECTION
