Extreme Walking - FREE Challenge Walking Club for Ages 60+ Tuesdays & Thursdays from 8:00AM - 10:00AM. Participants aged 60+ are invited to come to the Elgin Recreation Center every Tuesday and Thursday for fun and fitness! From 8:00AM - 10:00AM WildCat Walkers have the opportunity to take their walks to the next level with Extreme Walking! Extreme Walking is a fun way to socialize with other seniors while taking your walk to the next level! While doing laps, choose to take on low impact obstacles such as steppers, hurdles, balance beams and more. These obstacles are designed to help improve balance and increase fitness opportunities for Elgin's active older adults.
