Tai Chi as a Martial Art Class with Boaz at the Elgin Recreation Center

Tai Chi as Martial Arts is taught by "Boaz", a member of the Elgin Recreation Center originally from Hong Kong. This class is designed for all ages interested in the fitness, power and meditation behind Tai Chi as a martial art. This class focuses on holding positions to build muscle with body weight.
