Adventures with Jayda - Themed Kids Fitness Class

Get the wiggles out in this fun, energetic 45 minute kids fitness class emphasizing movement and exercises based on age appropriate stories and themes. Stories themes change weekly. Ages 4-8 years old are invited to participate. Parents must stay on the premises during the class.
