Safe Trick-or-Treat Trail Tuesday, October 31st, 2022 | 4PM-7PM | Veterans Memorial Park & Depot Street TRICK-OR-TREATERS: Get dressed in your Halloween costumes, grab your friends and family, and head to Downtown Elgin for our Annual Safe Trick or Treat event! Elgin Parks & Recreation will host games and hand out candy in Veterans Memorial Park from 4PM till 7PM. COMMUNITY MEMBERS: This will be our first year doing Trunk-or-Treat spots down Depot Street! If you live somewhere you don't get trick-or-treaters, but want to pass out candy, sign up for a spot! https://secure.rec1.com/TX/elgin-tx/catalog BUSINESSES, ORGANIZATIONS & CLUBS: Want to set up a table, tent or booth?
